The project proposal is for the purchase of an automatic line with automatic feeding for the production of spiral air ducts, using an endless strip (most often galvanized sheet) from which, by clamping, a spiral air duct will be produced with almost zero waste. Predominantly, thinner sheet metal will be used, which is 20% lower in weight and cost. The finished product produced is more resistant to pressure, vibration and noise due to its round shape and additional ribbing from the clamping.
The automatic line will be served by two employees, and their productivity will be up to ten times higher than the previous production.
The use of standard dimensions of spiral air ducts allows production and storage of a larger quantity of products for subsequent sale at the company's customer sites.
The project proposal is in accordance with the horizontal principles according to Art. 9 of Regulation (EU) No. 2021/1060, as well as with the principle of "not causing significant damage".
