Description

Brief description 
Проектното предложение е за закупуване на автоматична линия с автоматично подвеждане за производство на спирални въздуховоди, използваща безконечна лента (най-често поцинкована ламарина) от която чрез скопчаване ще се произвежда спирален въздуховод с почти нулев отпадък. Преимуществено ще се използва по-тънка ламарина, която е с 20% по-ниско тегло и цена. Произвежданият готов продукт е по устойчив на налягане, вибрации и шум поради кръглата си форма и допълнителното оребряване от скопчаването.
Автоматичната линия ще се обслужва от двама служители, като производителността им ще е до десет пъти повече спрямо досегашното производство.
Използването на стандартни размери на спиралните въздуховоди позволява производство и складиране на по-голямо количество продукти за последваща реализация в обекти на клиенти на дружеството.
Проектното предложение е в съответствие с хоризонталните принципи съгласно чл. 9 от Регламент (ЕС) № 2021/1060, както и с принципа за „ненанасяне на значителни вреди”.
