GABRO-METAL-2000 Ltd. is engaged in the production of various parts from gray and ductile iron, mainly used in mechanical engineering and construction. We have a large production plant. Under the project, we want to apply for our administrative building, including a workshop for model parts. We are located in it under a lease agreement. Under the current project, we plan to improve the energy performance of the building in which our administration is located, as well as the workshop for model parts. We are planning external thermal insulation of the walls, roof and replacement of the joinery, with which we expect to achieve: - Improved thermophysical characteristics of the administrative building and workshop, which will facilitate the maintenance of a comfortable and healthier working environment - Lower emissions of CO2 and other harmful gases, thanks to lower energy consumption - Reduction of peak loads in heating/cooling, which can allow more efficient use of the electricity network and better operation of the heating systems - Reduction of annual electricity costs by about 40% - Expected savings of about 35,000 BGN/year - Increased property value and improved company reputation
