Description

Brief description 
Фирма ГАБРО-МЕТАЛ-2000 ЕООД се занимава с производство на разнообразни детайли от сив и сферографитен чугун с приложение главно в машиностроенето и строителството. Разполагаме с голяма производствена града. По проекта искаме да кандидатстваме за административна ни сграда, включваща работилница за модели на детайли. В нея се помещаваме чрез договор за наем.

По настоящия проект предвиждаме да подобрим енергийните характеристики на сградата, в която се помещава нашата администрация, както и работилницата за модели на детайли. Планираме външна топлоизолация на стените, покрива и подмяна на дограмата, с което очакваме да постигнем:
- Подобрени топлофизични характеристики на административната сграда и работилницата, което ще улесни поддържането на комфортна и по-здравословна работна среда
- По-ниски емисии на CO2 и други вредни газове, благодарение на по-малка енергийна консумация
- Намаляване на пиковите товари при отопление/охлаждане, което може да позволи по-ефективно използване на електрическата мрежа и по-добра работа на отоплителните системи
- Намаляване на годишните разходите за електроенергия с около 40%
- Очаквана икономия от около 35 000 лв./годишно
- Увеличена стойност на имота и подобрена репутация на фирмата
