The company “Novakem” Ltd. carries out its main economic activity in the trade sector and an additional economic activity in hospitality. The project proposal is focused on the company’s additional economic activity. The project envisages the purchase and installation of two energy-efficient air-to-water heat pumps, designed for heating, cooling, and maintaining a comfortable temperature in the premises of the “Arbanashki Han” complex, operated by “Novakem” Ltd. The heat pumps have a thermal capacity of 90 kW each and will be installed in two separate circulation loops. The new heat pump systems will replace the existing outdated and energy-intensive equipment, with expected results as follows: 1. Electricity savings of approximately 25–35% per year; 2. Reduction of CO₂ emissions by about 10–12 tons annually; 3. Improvement of the building’s energy class. The investment includes delivery, installation, commissioning, and training for the operation of the new equipment. The heat pumps will serve as the main source of heating and cooling for the premises of the complex, replacing the old and energy-intensive system of air conditioners and electric heaters. The project is in full compliance with the objectives of the procedure for Energy Efficiency and the Use of Renewable Energy Sources, providing clearly measurable environmental, economic, and social benefits.
