Description

Brief description 
Дружеството "Новакем" ООД развива основна икономическа дейност в сектора на търговията  и допълнителна икономическа дейност хотелиерство. Проектното предложение е ориентирано към допълнителната икономическа дейност на дружеството
Проектът предвижда закупуване и монтаж на два броя енергоспестяващи термопомпи въздух–вода, предназначени за отопление, охлаждане и поддържане на комфортна температура в помещенията на комплекс „Арбанашки хан“, стопанисван от дружеството „Новакем“ ЕООД. Термопомпите са с топлинна мощност от 90 KW и ще бъдат разположени в два циркулационни кръга. 

Новите термопомпени системи ще заменят съществуващите остарели и енергоемки уреди, като се очаква:
1. спестяване на електроенергия с около 25–35% годишно;
2. намаляване на емисиите на CO₂ с приблизително 10–12 тона годишно;
3. повишаване на енергийния клас на сградата.
Инвестицията включва доставка, монтаж, въвеждане в експлоатация и обучение за експлоатация на новото оборудване.
Термопомпите ще бъдат основен източник на отопление и охлаждане на помещенията в комплекса и ще заменят остарялата и енергоемка система от климатици и електрически отоплители.

Проектът е в пълно съответствие с целите на процедурата за енергийна ефективност и използване на възобновяеми енергийни източници, като има ясно измерими екологични, икономически и социални ползи.
