Description

Description of the project:

The project proposal aims to improve energy efficiency and reduce energy consumption in the In-House restaurant facility, managed by "House Consult" EOOD.
By implementing the planned measures, an increase in the energy efficiency of the building, optimization of electricity consumption and reduction of carbon emissions will be achieved, in accordance with the objectives of procedure BG16RFPR001-2.004 "Energy efficiency and use of energy from renewable sources in enterprises".

Description of the enterprise and the object of intervention:

"House Consult" EOOD is a small enterprise operating in the field of catering. The In-House restaurant facility is a public catering establishment with a kitchen, a sales hall, an outdoor terrace, gardens and storage facilities.
The building is partially outdated in terms of its energy characteristics - there is no thermal insulation on part of the roof in an area used by customers. The insulation in this part of the facility during the cold months is outdated and depreciated, which significantly increases the energy costs for heating the entire restaurant. Numerous refrigerators and freezers with high electricity consumption are used to store products.
