Кратко описание на проекта:

Проектното предложение има за цел подобряване на енергийната ефективност и намаляване на енергопотреблението в обект ресторант In-House, стопанисван от „Хаус Консулт“ ЕООД.
Чрез изпълнението на предвидените мерки ще се постигне повишаване на енергийната ефективност на сградата, оптимизация на потреблението на електроенергия и намаляване на въглеродните емисии, в съответствие с целите на процедура BG16RFPR001-2.004 „Енергийна ефективност и използване на енергия от възобновяеми източници в предприятията“.

Описание на предприятието и обекта на интервенция:

„Хаус Консулт“ ЕООД е малко предприятие, развиващо дейност в сферата на ресторантьорството. Обектът ресторант In-House представлява заведение за обществено хранене с кухня, търговска зала, външна тераса, градини и складови помещения.
Сградата е частично остаряла по отношение на енергийните си характеристики – липсва топлоизолация на част от покрива в зона, използвана от клиенти. Защитата през студените месеци в тази част от обекта е с морално остарели и амортизирани плоскости, което повишава значително енергийните разходи за отопление за целия ресторант. За съхранение на продуктите се използват множество хладилници и фризери с висока консумация на електроенергия.
