This project proposal is aimed at increasing the competitiveness of the company „PHOENIX BUILDING“ Ltd. by supporting the implementation of energy-efficient equipment and the use of energy from renewable sources. The company "PHOENIX BUILDING" Ltd. has a long history, accumulated experience and traditions in the provision of construction services. A distinctive feature of the functioning of "PHOENIX BUILDING" Ltd. is the high energy intensity of the construction services provided, associated with the need for a significant amount of energy. At the moment, „PHOENIX BUILDING“ Ltd. cannot respond independently to these trends in increasing energy consumption. This determines the company's needs for the purchase and commissioning of both innovative energy-efficient equipment, as well as from the construction of a Photovoltaic Power Plant (PVPP) for own needs with a capacity of 15.26 kW (including solar panels, inverters, batteries and other components necessary for the operation of the plant). On this basis, it is expected to increase the productivity and efficiency of the family company „PHOENIX BUILDING“ Ltd., reduce production costs, increase competitiveness and reduce the energy intensity of the enterprise.
