Brief description 
Настоящото проектно предложение е насочено към увеличаване на конкурентоспособността на фирма „ФЕНИКС БИЛДИНГ“  ЕООД чрез подкрепа за внедряването на енергийно ефективно оборудване и за използване на енергия от възобновяеми източници. Фирма „ФЕНИКС БИЛДИНГ“  ЕООД има дългогодишна история, натрупан опит и традиции в предоставянето на строителни услуги. Отличителна черта във функционирането на „ФЕНИКС БИЛДИНГ“  ЕООД е високата енергоемкост на предоставяните строителни услуги, свързана с потребността от значителна по обем енергия. Към момента „ФЕНИКС БИЛДИНГ“  ЕООД не може да отговори самостоятелно на тези тенденции в увеличаващато се енергопотребление. Това определя нуждите на фирмата от закупуването и въвеждането в експлоатация както на иновативно енергийно ефективно оборудване, така и от изграждането на Фотоволтаична електрическа централа /ФтЕЦ/ за собствени нужди с мощност от 15,26 kw (включваща соларни панели, инвертори, батерии и други компоненти, необходими за функциониране на централата). На тази основа се очаква да се повиши производителността и ефективността на семейната фирма „ФЕНИКС БИЛДИНГ“ ЕООД, да се намалят производствените разходи, да се увеличи конкурентоспособността и да се понижи енергийната интензивност на предприятието.
