YOGI Ltd. is a medium-sized enterprise at the group level and is engaged in food preparation and delivery activities. The object of this project are 2 buildings that YOGI EOOD uses under a lease agreement, at 84 Kozloduy Street, Kazanlak. The two buildings are located next to each other and have identifiers 35167.504.7835.2 and 35167.504.7835.10, and a total built-up area of 839 m2. Under this project, we plan to improve the energy performance of our production buildings. We plan to make external thermal insulation of both roofs - about 900 sq.m. through thermal panels, with which we expect to achieve: - Improved thermophysical characteristics of buildings, which will facilitate the maintenance of a comfortable and healthier working environment - Lower emissions of CO2 and other harmful gases, thanks to lower energy consumption - Reduction of peak loads in heating/cooling, which can allow more efficient use of the electrical network and better operation of heating systems - Reduce annual electricity consumption from the network by 50% - Expected financial savings of about 50%/year - Increased property value and improved reputation of our company.
