Description

Brief description 
Фирма ЙОГИ ЕООД е средно предприятие на ниво група и се занимава с дейности по приготвяне и доставяне на храна. Обект на настоящия проект са 2 сгради, които ЙОГИ ЕООД ги ползва чрез договор за наем, на ул. Козлодуй № 84, гр. Казанлък. Двете сгради се намират една до друга и са с идентификатори 35167.504.7835.2 и 35167.504.7835.10, и с обща застроена площ от 839 м2.

По настоящия проект предвиждаме да подобрим енергийните характеристики на производствените ни сгради. Планираме да направим външна топлоизолация на двата покрива - около 900 кв.м. чрез термопанели, с което очакваме да постигнем:
- Подобрени топлофизични характеристики на сградите, което ще улесни поддържането на комфортна и по-здравословна работна среда
- По-ниски емисии на CO2 и други вредни газове, благодарение на по-малка енергийна консумация
- Намаляване на пиковите товари при отопление/охлаждане, което може да позволи по-ефективно използване на електрическата мрежа и по-добра работа на отоплителните системи
- Намалим годишното потребление на електроенергия от мрежата с 50%
- Очаквана икономия финансови средства от около 50%/годишно
- Увеличена стойност на имота и подобрена репутация на фирмата ни.
