Dila Ltd., a freight transport company, will implement an energy efficiency measure by installing factory-made insulated sandwich panels on 670 m² of the roof of its vehicle maintenance workshop (out of approximately 1,100 m² total roof area). The investment addresses heat losses, large temperature amplitudes, condensation and corrosion risks that impair working conditions, raise energy costs and increase unplanned downtime. The solution will use roof sandwich panels with an insulation core thickness of at least 60 mm, complying with Ordinance RD-02-20-3/09.11.2022 and relevant harmonized standards, including airtightness and waterproofing details, fasteners and accessories to ensure durability and safety. The measure will lower energy consumption for heating and cooling, help stabilize the indoor climate, improve occupational safety and increase operational efficiency by reducing faults and maintenance-related interruptions. Environmental benefits include reduced indirect greenhouse gas emissions and lower construction waste. The project will be implemented in stages to avoid service disruption and will be managed with transparent procurement, technical supervision and verifiable quality acceptance procedures.
