Description

Brief description 
Дила ЕООД, компания за транспорт на товари, ще реализира мярка за енергийна ефективност чрез монтаж на фабрично произведени изолирани сандвич панели върху 670 m² от покрива на своята работилница за поддръжка на превозни средства (от приблизително 1100 m² обща покривна площ). Инвестицията адресира топлинни загуби, големи температурни амплитуди, риск от конденз и корозия, които влошават условията на труд, повишават енергийните разходи и увеличават непланираните престои. Решението ще използва покривни сандвич панели с дебелина на изолационното ядро най-малко 60 mm, в съответствие с Наредба № РД-02-20-3/09.11.2022 г. и приложимите хармонизирани стандарти, включително детайли за въздухонепроницаемост и хидроизолация, крепежни елементи и аксесоари за осигуряване на дълготрайност и безопасност. Мярката ще намали енергийното потребление за отопление и охлаждане, ще спомогне за стабилизиране на вътрешния микроклимат, ще подобри здравословните и безопасни условия на труд и ще повиши оперативната ефективност чрез ограничаване на дефектите и прекъсванията, свързани с поддръжката. Ползите за околната среда включват намаляване на непреките емисии на парникови газове и по-малко строителни отпадъци. Проектът ще се изпълнява поетапно, за да се избегне прекъсване на услугите, и ще се управлява чрез прозрачни обществени поръчки, технически надзор и проверими процедури за приемане на качеството.
