The investment project of “MAREDO” Ltd. is planned to be implemented at a retail facility in Veliko Tarnovo and comprises a package of measures for energy efficiency and modernisation of the building envelope and HVAC infrastructure. The scope includes: thermal-insulation systems made of sandwich panels for envelope elements (external walls/roof/floor exposed to outdoor air); replacement of transparent envelope elements (windows and doors) with high-performance frames and insulated glazing units; installation of sectional industrial/external solid doors with enhanced thermal characteristics; replacement/addition of lighting with energy-efficient linear luminaires; deployment of a high-efficiency VRF/VRV system and heat-pump equipment for heating/cooling with precise control. The combination of measures reduces thermal losses, improves heating/cooling efficiency and indoor environmental quality, while lowering final energy consumption and stabilising operating costs. The project will be executed in compliance with the applicable technical standards for construction, electrical and fire safety, and environmental protection. The expected effect is a sustained reduction in energy intensity and emissions, increased operational reliability and higher comfort for customers and staff—supporting the long-term competitiveness of “MAREDO” Ltd.
