Description

Brief description 
Инвестиционният проект на „МАРЕДО“ ООД  е предвиден да се реализира в  търговски обект в гр. Велико Търново и представлява пакет от мерки за енергийна ефективност и модернизация на сградната и ОВК инфраструктура. Предвидени са: топлоизолационни системи от сандвич панели за ограждащи елементи (външни стени/покрив/под към външен въздух); подмяна на прозрачни ограждащи конструкции (прозорци и врати) с високоефективни профили и стъклопакети; монтаж на секционни индустриални/външни плътни врати с подобрени топлотехнически свойства; подмяна/допълване на осветлението с енергоспестяващи линейни осветители; внедряване на високоефективна VRF/VRV система и термопомпено оборудване за отопление/охлаждане с прецизен контрол. 
Комбинацията от мерки ограничава топлинните загуби, подобрява ефективността на отопление/охлаждане и качеството на вътрешната среда, като понижава крайното енергопотребление и стабилизира текущите разходи. Проектът ще се изпълни съгласно действащите технически норми за строителство, електро- и пожаробезопасност и опазване на околната среда. 
Очакваният ефект е устойчиво намаляване на енергоемкостта и емисиите, повишена надеждност на експлоатацията и по-висок комфорт за клиенти и персонал, подкрепящи дългосрочната конкурентоспособност на „МАРЕДО“ ООД.
