Description

The project proposal is to improve the energy efficiency of the company Vimpeta EOOD, headquartered in the town of Strelcha, Pazardzhik region. The company Vimpeta EOOD is mainly engaged in the hotel and restaurant industry. The company manages two separate hotel buildings /Hotel Sredna Gora 1 and Hotel Sredna Gora 2, as well as a caravan and camper park with the necessary service buildings and premises. The project proposal provides for:

1. Construction of a Photovoltaic Power Plant /PVPP/ for own consumption and servicing of the hotel building Sredna Gora 1 with a capacity of 25.5 kW - panels, inverters and batteries.

2. In the hotel building Sredna Gora 2, photovoltaic panels with a capacity of 30 kW have been installed. In order to increase the energy efficiency of the building, the project proposal provides for the purchase of batteries with an inverter for a storage system that match the capacity of the panels.

3. In the caravan and camper park, auxiliary premises have been built for servicing guests. A spa center, changing rooms, sanitary and hygienic premises and premises for cooking and eating guests have been built. To service these premises, we plan to purchase a heat pump with a capacity of 21.9 kW.
