Description

Brief description 
Проектното предложение е за подобряване енергийната ефективност на фирма Вимпета ЕООД, със седалище в гр. Стрелча, област Пазарджик. Фирма Вимпета ЕООД е с основна дейност хотелиерство и ресторантьорство. Фирмата стопанисва две отделни хотелски сгради /хотел Средна гора 1 и хотел Средна гора 2, както и парк за каравани и кемпери с необходимите обслужващи сгради и помещения. Проектното предложение предвижда:

1. Изграждане на Фотоволтаична електрическа централа /ФтЕЦ/ за собствено потребление и обслужване на хотелска сграда Средна гора 1 с мощност от 25,5 kW - панели, инвертори и батерии.

2. В хотелска сграда Средна гора 2 има поставени фотоволтаични панели с мощност 30 kW. С оглед повишаване на енергийната ефективност на сградата, проектното предложение предвижда закупуването на батерии с инвертор за система за съхранение, които да отговарят на мощността на панелите. 

3. В парка за каравани и кемпери има изградени спомагателни помещения за обслужване на гостите. Изграден е спа център, съблекални, санитарно - хигиенни помещения и помещения за готвене и хранене на гостите. За обслужване на тези помещения, предвиждаме закупуването на термопомпа с мощност 21.9 kW.

Реализирайки проектното предложение, фирма Вимпета значително ще намали енергийната си консумация, ще подобри  енергийната  ефективност на сградния си фонд и ще увеличи използването на енергия от възобновяеми източници.
