Planning region: All

Description

The project provides for the purchase, delivery and installation of a high-efficiency heat pump designed to serve the heating, cooling and water heating needs of the Spa Center at the Long Beach Resort Apartment Complex, located in the Shkorpilovtsi resort, as well as the purchase of energy-saving luminaires for the alley space and the parking area in the complex.
The spa center has not been operating since 2020 due to the high energy costs associated with its operation. Through the implementation of this project, the existing energy-intensive system in the spa center will be replaced with an innovative solution that uses renewable energy sources - air/water. The old conventional alley lighting will also be replaced with high-efficiency LED lighting fixtures with solar power. Built-in motion sensors contribute to a longer service life and reduce maintenance and replacement costs.
This will contribute to reducing energy costs, improving the comfort of vacationers and guests of the complex, reducing carbon emissions and synchronizing the company's energy policy with national and European green policies.
The main activities of the project are the purchase of a heat pump system, delivery, installation and connection to the existing infrastructure, setup and commissioning. Also the purchase of high-efficiency lighting fixtures and its installation.
