Description

Brief description 
Проектът предвижда закупуване, доставка и инсталиране на високоефективна термопомпа, предназначена да обслужва нуждите от отопление, охлаждане и затопляне на вода в Спа центъра към Апартаментен комплекс „Лонг Бийч Резорт„, намиращ се в к.к. Шкорпиловци, както и закупуване на енергоспестяващи осветители за алейното пространсто и паркинг зоната в комплекса.
Спа центърът не функционира от 2020 година поради високите енергийни разходи, свързани с неговата експлоатация. Чрез реализирането на този проект ще се  замени съществуващата в спа центъра енергоемка система с иновативно решение, което използва възобновяеми енергийни източници - въздух/вода. Ще се подмени също и старото конвенционално алейно осветление с високоефективни LED осветителни тела със соларно захранване. Вградените сензори за движение допринасят за по-дългия срок на експлоатация и намаляване на разходите за поддръжка и подмяна.
Това ще допринесе за намаляване за разходите за енергия, подобряване комфорта на почиващите и гостите на комплекса, намаляване на въглеродните емисии и синхронизиране на енергийната политика на предприятието с националните и европейски зелени политики.
Основните дейности по проекта са закупуване на термопомпена система, доставка, монтаж и свързване към съществуващата инфраструктура, настройка и въвеждане в експлоатация. Също така закупуване на високоефективни осветителни тела и техния монтаж.
