The project proposal of “VSD Service” PLtd. aims to improve the energy efficiency of a building that will be used by the company for administrative activities, as well as for setting up warehouse and workshop premises. The main need addressed by the project is the reduction of energy losses, increased energy efficiency, and lower energy costs, which will contribute to greater competitiveness and long-term sustainability of the company’s operations. The following main measures are planned: - Installation of thermal insulation systems for external walls and floors using EPS insulation boards; - Replacement of windows and doors with high-efficiency PVC frames and low thermal transmittance glazing; - Roof insulation through the application of mineral wool. Target groups: employees and staff using the building, as well as the enterprise as a whole, which will benefit from reduced energy expenses, an improved indoor climate, and better working conditions. Expected results: - Improved energy performance of the building; - Reduced energy consumption and operating costs; - Enhanced indoor comfort and working environment; - Contribution to sustainable development and the green transformation of enterprises in the region.
