Description

Brief description 
Проектното предложение на „ВСД Сервиз“ ЕООД е насочено към повишаване на енергийната ефективност на сграда, която ще бъде използвана от предприятието за административни дейности, както и за обособяване на помещения за складове и работилници. Основната потребност, която проектът адресира, е намаляване на енергийните загуби, повишаване на енергийната ефективност и намаляване на разходите за енергия, което ще допринесе за по-висока конкурентоспособност и устойчивост на дейността на фирмата.
Предвижда се изпълнение на следните основни мерки:
-	полагане на топлоизолационни системи за външни стени и подове с топлоизолационни плочи от EPS;
-	поставяне на високоефективни прозорци и врати с PVC рамки и стъклопакети с нисък коефициент на топлопреминаване;
-	топлоизолиране на покривната конструкция чрез полагане на минерална вата.
Целевите групи са: работниците и служителите, изпозлващи сградата, както и цялото предприятие, което ще се възползва от намалени енергийни разходи, подобрен микроклимат и по-добри условия на труд.
Очакваните резултати включват:
-	повишена енергийна ефективност на сградата;
-	намалено енергопотребление и разходи;
-	подобрен микроклимат и комфорт в работната среда;
-	принос към устойчивото развитие и зелената трансформация на предприятията в региона.
