Description

The company “Building Dreams” Ltd. carries out its main economic activity in the construction sector. A significant part of the company’s operations involves reinforcement and formwork activities. For the production of reinforcement elements, the company uses a production and storage facility. The building is over 40 years old and has a low energy efficiency class.

The investment includes the delivery, installation, and implementation of energy-efficient construction and installation works, as follows:

1. Facade thermal insulation

It is planned to implement a ventilated facade thermal insulation system (thermofacade) over an area of 252.72 m².
The selected system includes thermal insulation panels with high resistance to heat transfer, vapor-permeable plaster, and durable exterior coatings.
This measure will ensure a reduction of heat losses through the external walls by more than 30%, as well as improved protection against atmospheric influences.

2. Roof thermal insulation

It is planned to insulate the roof section with roof thermal panels (100 mm thick) over an area of 413.44 m².
The system provides a high degree of thermal resistance, fire resistance, and durability, reducing heat losses through the roof, which is one of the main sources of energy loss in industrial and commercial buildings.
