Description

Brief description 
Дружеството "Билдинг дриймс" ЕООД извършва основна икономическа дейност в сектора на строителството. Голяма част от дейността на дружеството са араматурни кофражни дейности. За производството на арматурни детайли се използва с производствено и складово помещение. Сградата е над 40 годишна с нисък клас на енергийна ефективност. 
Инвестицията включва доставка, монтаж и изпълнение на енергийно ефективни строително-монтажни дейности, както следва:
1. Фасадна топлоизолация
Предвижда се изпълнение на окачена фасадна топлоизолационна система (термофасада) върху площ от 252,72 m².
Избраната система включва топлоизолационни панели с високо съпротивление на топлопреминаване, паропропусклива мазилка и устойчиви покрития.
Мярката ще осигури намаляване на топлинните загуби през външните стени с над 30%, както и по-добра защита от атмосферни влияния.

2. Топлоизолация на покрив
Планира се топлоизолиране на покривната част с покривни термопанели с дебелина 100 mm върху площ от 413,44 m².
Системата осигурява висока степен на топлосъпротивление, пожароустойчивост и дълготрайност, като намалява топлинните загуби през покрива – основен източник на енергийни разходи при промишлени и търговски сгради.
