Programme: Programme "Competitiveness and Innovation in Enterprises" 2021-2027

Planning region: All

Description

This project proposal is aimed at increasing the competitiveness of the company "CAPITAL CITY CENTER" Ltd. through support for the use of energy from renewable sources. The company "CAPITAL CITY CENTER" Ltd. manages its own four-star hotel "Royal Spa", Velingrad. The company has a long history, accumulated experience and traditions in providing hotel and restaurant services. The four-star Royal Spa Hotel, Velingrad has 115 rooms, a spacious restaurant with 150 seats indoors and outdoors, a modern SPA center and a lobby bar. A distinctive feature in the operation of the Four-Star Hotel "Royal Spa", Velingrad" of "CAPITAL CITY CENTER" Ltd. is the high energy intensity of the hotel and restaurant services provided. Currently, "CAPITAL CITY CENTER" Ltd. cannot respond independently to these trends in increasing energy consumption. This determines the company's needs for the purchase and commissioning of a Photovoltaic Power Plant (PVPP) for its own needs with a capacity of 60 kW (including solar panels, inverters, batteries and other components necessary for the plant to function). On this basis, it is expected to increase the productivity and efficiency of the company "CAPITAL CITY CENTER" Ltd., reduce production costs, increase competitiveness and reduce the energy intensity of the enterprise.
