Brief description 
Настоящото проектно предложение е насочено към увеличаване на конкурентоспособността на фирма „КЕПИТЪЛ СИТИ ЦЕНТЪР“ ООД чрез подкрепа за използване на енергия от възобновяеми източници. Фирма „КЕПИТЪЛ СИТИ ЦЕНТЪР“ ООД управлява собствения Четиризвезден хотел „Роял Спа“, Велинград. Предприятието има дългогодишна история, натрупан опит и традиции в предоставянето на хотелиерски и ресторантьорски услуги. Четиризвездният хотел „Роял Спа“, Велинград разполага със 115 стаи, просторен ресторант със 150 места на открито и закрито, модерен СПА център и лоби бар. Отличителна черта във функционирането на Четиризвезден хотел „Роял Спа“, Велинград“ на „КЕПИТЪЛ СИТИ ЦЕНТЪР“ ООД е високата енергоемкост на предоставяните хотелиерски и ресторантьорски услуги. Към момента „КЕПИТЪЛ СИТИ ЦЕНТЪР“ ООД не може да отговори самостоятелно на тези тенденции в увеличаващато се енергопотребление. 
Това определя нуждите на фирмата от закупуването и въвеждането в експлоатация на Фотоволтаична електрическа централа /ФтЕЦ/ за собствени нужди с мощност от 60 kw (включваща соларни панели, инвертори, батерии и други компоненти, необходими за функциониране на централата). На тази основа се очаква да се повиши производителността и ефективността на фирмата „КЕПИТЪЛ СИТИ ЦЕНТЪР“ ООД, да се намалят производствените разходи, да се увеличи конкурентоспособността и да се понижи енергийната интензивност на предприятието.
