E. HOTEL Jsc. successfully manages easyHotel Sofia. The building in which we are located is located in the central part of Sofia and is owned by our company. Our hostel is a fantastic place to stay, plan business tasks or leisure time, or just relax. Under this project, we plan to improve the energy performance and appearance of the eastern facade of the hotel building, ensuring a long-lasting, sustainable and visually attractive facade. We plan to do external thermal insulation of the walls and replacement of the window frames, which we expect to achieve: - Improved thermophysical characteristics of the building, which will lead to reduced energy consumption and increased comfort for our guests - Lower emissions of CO2 and other harmful gases, thanks to lower energy consumption - Reduction of peak loads in heating/cooling, which can allow more efficient use of the electricity network and better operation of the heating systems - Reduction of annual electricity costs - Increased property value and improved reputation of the hostel - Possibility to once again use some of the rooms in which we currently do not accommodate guests, due to problems with our insulation.
