Brief description 
Фирма Е. ХОТЕЛ АД успешно управлява easyHotel Sofia. Сградата, в която се помещаваме, се намира в централната част на гр.София и е собственост на фирмата ни. Нашият хостел е фантастично място за отсядане, планиране на бизнес задачи или свободното си време, или просто за почивка.

По настоящия проект предвиждаме да подобрим енергийните характеристики и външния вид на източната фасада на хотелската сграда, като се осигури дълготрайна, устойчива и визуално привлекателна фасада. Планираме да направим външна топлоизолация на стените и подмяна на дограмата, с което очакваме да постигнем:
- Подобрени топлофизични характеристики на сградата, което ще доведе до намалена консумация на енергия и повишен комфорт за нашите гости
- По-ниски емисии на CO2 и други вредни газове, благодарение на по-малка енергийна консумация
- Намаляване на пиковите товари при отопление/охлаждане, което може да позволи по-ефективно използване на електрическата мрежа и по-добра работа на отоплителните системи
- Намаляване на годишните разходите за електроенергия
- Увеличена стойност на имота и подобрена репутация на хостела
- Възможност отново да можем да използваме част от стаите, в които в момента не настаняваме гости, заради проблемите с изолацията ни.
