The project envisages the development of an Electronic Center for State Aids - a Hub for State Aids for European Shared Management Funds (ESMF) according to the Vision for the Development of an Electronic Center (HUB) for State Aids (SA) – SA HUB. The construction of the SA HUB will provide an opportunity to accumulate in one place all the necessary information of the units participating in the ESMF system, which is related to the State aid legislation. In addition to the rich content of legislation, up-to-date information, methodological guidelines, information on the State Aid registers, the State Aid systems and procedures, the SA HUB will also provide opportunities for sharing expertise, good practices, feedback, as well as a platform for online video conference meetings and events between the State Aid Unit in the Ministry of Finance (SA Unit) and the participants in the ESMF system.
The set goal of maintaining high levels of competence of the employees of the SA Unit will be achieved through participation in workshops/seminars/courses/conferences at a horizontal level, in events organized by the EC and other specialized educational organizations in the EU for training, exchange of experience and good practices in the State Aid field and EFSI. The target group of the project includes employees of the SA Unit, the bodies and structures for managing funds from the ESMF.

Разработване на Електронен център за държавни помощи - Хъб за държавни помощи за ЕФСУ: Разработване на Електронен център за държавни помощи - Хъб за държавни помощи за ЕФСУ съгласно разработена Визия за развитие на Електронен център (HUB) за държавните помощи (ЕЦДП). Изграждането на ЕЦДП ще даде възможност за обединяване на едно място на цялата необходима информация на звената участници в системата по ЕФСУ, която е свързана със законодателството по държавните помощи. Освен богато съдържание на нормативна уредба, актуална информация, методически указания, информация за регистрите, системите и процедурите по държавните помощи, ЕЦДП ще предоставя възможности и за споделяне на експертни знания, добри практики, обратна връзка, както и платформа за онлайн видео конферентни срещи и събития между Звеното за държавни помощи в Министерството на финансите (ЗДП) участниците в системата по ЕФСУ.
