TITAN-VS is a micro-enterprise whose main activity is the production of electrical energy. The enterprise is located on the territory of the Dospat municipality. According to the classification of economic activities, this is sector D Production and distribution of electric and thermal energy and gaseous fuels, NKID 3511 Production of electric energy.
Limited labor resources have a direct impact on the possibility of normal work in the company.At the same time, there are labor reserves belonging to the group of persons in a disadvantaged position, including those with permanent disabilities, which are underutilized. These persons have difficult and unequal access to the labor market. For this purpose, the project proposal includes an activity aimed at hiring persons who are in a disadvantaged position, which provides for this, namely: hiring persons from the target group - hiring a total of 3 persons in a disadvantaged position, of which 2 persons without permanent disabilities and 1 person with permanent disabilities, for whom sustainable employment will be provided after the completion of the project. Through the implementation of the activities, it is expected to ensure sustainable employment of 3 disadvantaged persons, improved access to the labor market and social integration of the representatives of the target group. As a result, the manpower needs of the company will be covered.

Наемане на лица от целевата група: В рамките на дейността ще бъдат наети следните две групи лица:
- 2 лица в неравностойно положение без трайни увреждания – за период от 4 тримесечия (дванадесет месеца).
- 1 лица с трайни увреждания – за период от 8 тримесечия (24 месеца).
Дейността която извършва дружеството е подходяща за тази целева група. Работните места ще бъдат разкрити за поддържане на изградената фотоволтаична електрическа централа на дружеството. Разкриването на работни места ще осигури устойчива заетост на лица в неравностойно положение, което ще доведе до устойчива интеграция на пазара на труда на лица в неравностойно положение. За нуждите на предприятие се планира да бъдат наети общо 3 лица, 2 от които в неравностойно положение без трайни увреждания и 1 лице в неравностойно положение с трайни увреждания.
