Programme: Human Resources Development 2021-2027

The project will strengthen active labor market policies for disadvantaged people and people with permanent disabilities by providing employment incentives to employers, opportunities for workplace support through a mentor, as well as transport support to and from the workplace for persons from the target groups who start employment in another settlement.The focus will be on providing jobs for disadvantaged people and people with permanent disabilities, for whom maximum sustainable employment will be ensured after the completion of the project.
In the implementation of the project activities and the achievement of the goals, "ID Corporation" EOOD will observe and apply the horizontal principles for:
- free and fair competition, equality and non-discrimination, publicity and transparency, compliance with basic rules, sustainable development and environmental protection;
- Activities will be carried out avoiding any discrimination based on sex, race, colour, ethnic or social origin, genetic characteristics, language, religion or belief, political or other opinions, property status, origin, disability, age or sexual orientation.
- the principles of equality, ensuring inclusion in the labor market and non-discrimination laid down in the PRDP 2021-2027.
