The present project proposal is aimed at ensuring sustainable employment of 13 persons falling within the scope of the target groups: disadvantaged persons without permanent disabilities and persons with permanent disabilities.
The newly hired persons will perform positions in the field of Trade in the company "Novated" LtD.

Project activities are implemented within the framework of PRIORITY 1: Promoting employment and skills development, SPECIFIC OBJECTIVE: "Improving access to employment and activation measures for all job seekers, and especially for young people, more especially through the implementation of the guarantee for the youth, for the long-term unemployed and groups in a disadvantaged position on the labor market and for inactive persons, as well as through the promotion of self-employment and the social economy" of the "Human Resources Development" Program.
The implementation of the activity is aimed at achieving the goals of the project proposal and the grant scheme. The implementation of the project will help the enterprise to gain sustainable competitiveness, will lead to the creation of sustainable employment for 13 persons from the target group.

Наемане на 13 лица от целевата група : Дейността включва осигуряване на заетост на 13 лица от целевата група, от които
- 10 лица в неравностойно положение без трайни увреждания за период от 12 м. (4 тримесечия), като ще бъдат запазени 100% от тях след приключване на проектната дейност.
- 3 лица с трайни увреждания за период от 24 м. (8 тримесечия), като ще бъдат запазени 100% от тях след приключване на проектната дейност.
Всички новонаети лица ще бъдат на 8-часов работен ден.
Необходимостта от наемане на 13 нови служители в дружество "Новатед" ЕООД се обосновава от липсата на персонал за нов обект, който e открит на територията на гр. Ямбол. Новооткритият търговски обект ще бъде работното място на целевата група по проекта, като те ще бъдат наети на следните длъжности:
- 10 лица в неравностойно положение без трайни увреждания и 2 лица с трайни увреждания на длъжност "Продавач консултант" и
- 1 лице с трайни увреждания на длъжност " Общ работник".
