The project aims to provide support for professional development and flexible training opportunities, as well as to increase the professional qualification and skills, including digital ones, of employed persons, incl. and self-employed persons. In order to promote lifelong learning, Component 3 envisages support for the continued employment of mentors in the digital clubs supported under Procedure BG-RRP-1.024 "Establishment of a Network of Digital Clubs", financed under the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (NRRP). The mentors will be responsible for promoting participation in training programmes, including digital skills training, funded under the Human Resources Development Programme (HRDP). They will guide individuals towards the most appropriate open call for proposals and provide assistance with the submission of applications. Beneficiaries from the target groups are often unfamiliar with the procedural requirements, including the fact that some calls are intended exclusively for unemployed and inactive persons, while others are targeted at employed individuals. Many disadvantaged persons, including people of Roma origin, older adults, and other vulnerable groups, lack the digital skills necessary to submit applications for electronic training vouchers. The mentors will provide them with the necessary support throughout the application process. This approach will also increase awareness of the training opportunities available under the procedure.

Осигуряване на наставник/ци в действащите дигитални клубове, разкрити по НПВУ в рамките на инвестиция BG-RRP-1.024 „Изграждане на мрежа от дигитални клубове“.: В рамките на настоящата дейност ще се осигурят наставници в дигитални клубове, разкрити по НПВУ в рамките на инвестиция BG-RRP-1.024 „Изграждане на мрежа от дигитални клубове“. По този начин ще се осигури устойчивост и допълняемост на инвестицията по НПВУ, като ще бъде осигурен наставник/ци за обезпечаване функционирането на клуба за период от 1 г.
Наставниците ще имат следните функции:
- да консултират посетителите за това какъв вид обучение е подходящо за тях спрямо техните нужди и умения;
- да насочват към подходящи онлайн курсове и дигитални ресурси.
- да aсистират при ползване на електронни услуги и обучителни платформи;
Ще бъдат финансирани разходите за възнаграждения на наставника/ците и осигурителни вноски за сметка на работодателя в размер на МРЗ за 8 -часов работен ден. В рамките на 8-часовия работен ден ще бъде допустимо осигуряването на заетост по трудов договор за непълно работно време, като възнагражденията се преизчисляват пропорционално на база изработените часове спрямо минималната работна заплата.
Заетостта на наставниците ще започва от датата на приключване на подкрепата по линия на инвестиция BG-RRP-1.024 „Изграждане на мрежа от дигитални клубове“ като е предвидена възможност за ретроактивност на разхода.
