1 of the major challenges facing the labor market is the deepening shortage of labor force,including one with appropriate skills.To overcome this shortage,it's necessary to increase labor productivity and expand the labor market participation of various groups of the labor force of the country.BULDE Ltd.was established in 2017 in the city of Plovdiv and develops its activity in the production of metal structures and their parts.One of the leading policies in the development and management of the company is social commitment-providing jobs and promoting of sustainable employment with equal rights for all.Within the framework of the FDI,it's planned to open job positions for 4 persons in a disadvantaged position with permanent disabilities and 1 person in a disadvantaged position without permanent disabilities,as for their successful integration into the specifics of work process and environment in the enterprise,a mentor will be provided.This will help on the one hand to expand and improve the production capacity of the enterprise and on the other hand to support and fulfill the common goals of the EU in the strategy for the rights of people with disabilities,which aims to provide opportunities for people with disabilities to enjoy their rights and participate fully in society and the economy.Using the potential of people with disabilities,people of retirement age,as well as people in a situation of permanent unemployment and risk of poverty will be of great importance for improving the economic and social status of the population.the following activities:Employment of disadvantaged persons with permanent disabilities-up to 24m(8 quarters)-5TD employees;Support at the workplace through a mentor,according to the individual needs of the newly hired woman from the target group for a period of up to 6m-1The implementation of the project activities will ensure the creation of sustainable employmentfor disadvantaged people for 5 representatives of a vulnerable social group

Дейност 1 „Наемане на лица от целевата група“: БУЛДЕ ООД развива своята дейност в сферата на производството в гр. Пловдив.За да осигури развитие и устойчивост както за бизнеса си, така и за хората в региона, в който се развива,ръководството на дружеството ще открие 5 нови работни места, на които ще бъдат назначени хора от уязвимите групи на обществото - хората в неравностойно положение, изпаднали в положение близко до прага на бедността , заради трайна безработност и тези, пред които стои бариерата от трудоустрояване поради трайни увреждания.
Предвижда се да бъдат наети за срок от 21 месеца на позиция:
1 Манипулант, промишлеността с Код по НКПД 9329-0013 - 5 лица в неравностойно положение с трайни увреждания.
2 Ментор - 1 лице
Всички работници ще бъдат заети на 8-часов работен ден в сектор С "Производство на метални конструкции и части от тях" и размера на заплатите е изчислен съгласно стандартната таблица за единица разход по икономически дейности на работодателите при 8-часов работен ден, съгласно Условията закандидатстване.За период от 21 месеца възнагражденията за новонаетите лица с трайни увреждания възлизат на сумата от 138 530,00 лева, а за период от 6 месеца възнагражденията за ментор на целевата група - 2799,00 лева, назначен на допълнително споразумение към основен трудов договор.Изпълнението на Дейност 1 "Наемане на лица от целевата група" ще допринесе за осигуряването на по-висока и по-качествена заетост, чрез прилагане на мерки посредством повишаване на икономическата активност и едновременно с това подобряване достъпа до заетост за търсещите работа безработни и неактивни лица.
Лицата с трайни увреждания от целевата група ( 5 лица ) ще бъдат наети на трудов договор за 21 месеца.След приключване на дейностите по проекта,БУЛДЕ ООД ще осигури устойчива заетост на 60% от създадените/подкрепени работни места за лица в неравностойно положение за период съответно от минимум 13 месеца за лицата с трайни увреждания.
