Programme: Human Resources Development 2021-2027

The project proposal will contribute to the integration and equal access to the labor market of people from "Disadvantaged Groups" - groups of people in a vulnerable situation, including people suffering or at risk of poverty, social exclusion or discrimination in its various dimensions
This group also includes disadvantaged people from the following subgroups:
• Disadvantaged groups on the labor market according to Additional provisions § 1., item
4a. from the National Health Service;
• People with permanent disabilities - persons with permanent physical, mental, intellectual and sensory disabilities
a deficiency which, when interacting with their environment, could hinder their
full and effective participation in public life, and which medical expertise has established
type and degree of disability or degree of permanently reduced working capacity 50 and over 50 percent;
• Minorities, incl. marginalized communities such as the Roma.
The following activities are included in the project proposal:
1. Employment of disadvantaged persons from the target group, as follows:
        - for disadvantaged persons without permanent disabilities – up to 12 m. (4 quarters)
            24 persons will be employed
      - for persons with permanent disabilities - up to 24m (8 quarters)
             1 person will be hired
    2. Support at the workplace through a mentor, according to the individual needs of
newly hired persons from the target group for a period of up to 6 months.
            3 persons from the company will be used.
Please note that all persons who will be hired are from marginalized communities - Roma.
