At the time of application, SP Camelia Anastasova grows about 60 decares of walnuts. Currently, the applicant does not have adequate warehouse equipment, which does not allow for timely storage of the production. In order to avoid rotten and fungal processes, refrigeration equipment is provided for intermediate, longer storage of whole walnuts. Each batch must be stored separately and well arranged. Here also the rule of "first in - first out" applies. This is important in order to monitor indicators and take preventive measures. The organoleptic indicators are also monitored: appearance, color, taste, smell. A 23.94 kWp stand-alone power plant, complete with a battery block and a control panel, will achieve the desired economic and energy effect by reducing production costs and reducing the cost of the applicant's production.
