Description

Brief description 
Към момента на кандидатстване ЗП Камелия Анастасова отглежда около 60 дка орехи. Към настоящия момент кандидата не разполага със адекватно складово оборудване, което не позволява да се организира своевременно съхранение на продукцията. За да се избегнат процесите на гниени и гъбички, е предвидено  хладилно оборудване за междинно, по-дълго съхранение на цели орехи. Всяка партида трябва се съхранява самостоятелно и да е добре подредена.Тук също важи правилото на „пръв влезнал- пръв излезнал”. Това е важно, за да се следят показателите и да се вземат превантивни мерки.  Следят се и органолептичните показатели: външен вид, цвят,вкус, мирис. Предвидена е Автономна ФЕЦ за 23,94 kWp, в комплект с батериен блок  и табло за управление ще се постигне желаният икономически и енергиен ефект, като се намалят производствените разходи и ше се намали себестойността на произвежданата от кандидата продукция.
