The objective of this reform is to increase transparency and competition in the public procurement process. The reform consists in the entry into force of legal act(s), increased controls, including ex-ante checks, penalties in case of violations of the rules, the introduction of eForms, trainings and a report analysing options for more centralisation in public procurement procedures.
