Brief description 
Целта на тази реформа е да се увеличи прозрачността и конкуренцията в процеса на възлагане на обществени поръчки.
Реформата се състои от влизането в сила на правен(ни) акт(ове), засилен контрол, включително предварителни проверки, санкции в случай на нарушения на правилата, въвеждане на електронни формуляри, обучения и доклад, в който се анализират възможностите за по-силна централизация в процедурите за възлагане на обществени поръчки.
