Candidate under the current procedure is ZS Semo Petev Semkov, with a long history and experience in the agricultural sector. The farmer specialized in growing orchards, cultivating plums and hazelnuts in the land of the village of Ravnishte, grown organically. According to the project, 38 decares of plums and 8 decares of hazelnuts were requested - based on the power and capacity of the equipment.
The applicant's profile fully corresponds to the requirements of the procedure, namely:
- The candidate is up to 40 years old;
- History as a farmer and registration for the required 4 economic years;
- A valid contract for control and certification according to the rules of organic production was concluded before 01.01.2023 for the fruit crops applied for;
- Investment costs up to BGN 700,000.
Development of activity in a priority sector - fruit crops as investment costs aimed at their cultivation;
The candidate's strategy is aimed at modernization and implementation of new technological solutions in the farm, which will not only mechanize the activity, but will allow precision of the activities performed and efficiency of the processes. In order to introduce technological and digital modernization in its activity, "ZS Semo Petev Semkov declares the following technique under the project initiative:
1. Tractor with a power of 66 hp;
2. Navigation system;
3. Front loader;
4. Disc harrow;
The selection of the machines is based on the two main priorities of the procedure, namely:
- Digitization, automation and process control;
- Greening;
All requested assets fulfill item 1.1 technological and ecological modernization of the individual phases of the production processes in crop production through the use of technological solutions that provide the possibility of traceability, process management and data generation and exchange.
