Prugini-Penev Ltd. was created in 1997, specializing in the production of industrial springs from wire and metal bands - company NACE 25.93 Manufacture of wire products, chain and springs. The company produces springs with technical documentation from the customer or with a customer model. At the same time we are able to cooperate with the customer in creating technical specifications for new products. Our staff is very well-trained and highly qualified, having undergone training in major spring and coil production companies in Europe.
The company was started with a staff of ten people, and worked mainly for Bulgarian companies in the food and beverage industry, electrical components industry, machine production and military industry. With time, investment in new machinery and continuous training of the production staff, the company managed to improve both the quantity and variety, as well as the quality of the products, which allowed for entering the export market. Currently, the company employs 49 people and about 7 % of the production goes outside the country, mainly to Russia, Germany, Belgium, France and other countries.
The company constantly seeks dynamic development through the implementation of new technologies, which improve the quality and decrease the cost of production, searching for new market openings, increasing the variety of products and increasing external market positions. To achieve these goals Prugini-Penev intends to invest in an Automatic heat treatment line for martensitic hardening of small metal parts
under the current project.
The direct results of the installation of the new machines will include the optimization of the production process, increasing production quality, decreasing production costs, improving production efficiency and value added, all of which will improve the competitiveness of the company.

Дейност за подобряване на производствения капацитет в Пружини - Пенев ООД: В рамките на дейността ще бъде поръчано, закупено, доставено и пуснато в експлоатация производственото оборудване, а именно автоматична линия за термообработка за мартензитно закаляване на малки метални части.
Въвеждането в експлоатация на новата машина ще доведе до повишаване на производствения капацитет и до съкращаване на сроковете за изпълнение на поръчките.
Предвидените за въвеждане нови мощности притежават ценни технологични показатели и ще дадат възможност за изработване на по-сложни детайли и конструкции. Новият актив ще осигури по-високата прецизност при изработката на детайли, което ще гарантира, че предприятието се съобразява напълно с индивидуалните изисквания на клиентите.
