The current project initiative is aimed at purchasing new equipment and automating the business of Rumen Tsendov. The applicant's farm is entirely in the "Livestock" sector, by raising cows - dairy direction under selection control breed Black-spotted cattle and sheep. Through this project proposal, the farmer wants to stay only in the field of dairy farming, by raising 50 cows for milk. These assets are essential for the sustainable functioning of the farm. It is extremely important for the applicant's farm to be able to have another tractor, as the applicant has only one. When a lawn mower or other attached equipment is attached to it and the equipment has to work in the field, it turns out that the needs of the farmyard have nothing to be served. Therefore, the project proposal is aimed at purchasing two main and key assets for the owner, namely:
1. Tractor - brand DEUTZ-FAHR, model 5125. Intended for purchase is a tractor with 126 hp, with cab. The tractor is intended for work mainly in the barn for carrying out the main activities for removal of fertilizer waste, unloading of silage and fodder, carrying out daily activities for feeding and cleaning the animals.
2. Front loader brand REVAGRI, model R3 - a loader with a maximum lifting height of 3.8 meters and a capacity of 1,800 kg was selected. , which fully corresponds to the needs of the farm and the need to service the barn. It is envisaged that the front loader will have forks and a bucket for light materials, which will allow easy and timely loading and unloading of silage and animal feed.

Дейност № 1 Управление и отчитане на проект : Дейността се планира да стартира след подписване на договор с ДФ "Земеделие". Предвижда се да бъдат спазени всички изисквания по процедурата, съобразно с и ръководство за изпълнение и отчитане на проекти по ПРСР 2014-2020г. Предвижда се след закупуване и доставка на двата актива да бъде подадена заявка за окончателно плащане. При извършване на дейността ще бъдат съобразени всички изисквания за спазване на мерките по информиране и публичност.

Дейност № 2 Закупуване на трактор и челен товарач: Дейността ще стартира непосредствено след подписване на административния договор по подмярката. Тъй като интензитетът на безвъзмездната помощ по процедурата е 50 % на етап кандидатстване и подаване на проектните документи, е приложен предварителен договор за земеделска техника, който след одобрение ще влезе в сила. На тази база и съгласно описаните в него права и задължения ще бъдат доставени активи със следните характеристики:
1. Трактор - марка DEUTZ-FAHR, модел 5125. Предвиден за закупуване е трактор с мощност 126 к.с, с кабина
2. Челен товарач марка REVAGRI, модел R3- избран е товарач с максимална височина на повдигане – 3,8 метра и капацитет от 1 800 кг.
