The project proposal is related to the construction and equipment of the ambulatory for individual practice for specialized medical assistance - dental with a separate medical-technical laboratory in Regulated plot X-1809, quarter 13 according to the plan of the town of Yakoruda, owned by the applicant.
The project includes costs for construction and assembly works related to the building of the ambulatory building, vertical planing with playgrounds, landscaping and fencing fence, all envisaged activities being new construction in the sense of the ZUT.
Costs for delivery and installation of a boiler plant, lift and dental equipment, as well as technical design and consultancy costs are included.
The implementation of the project will enhance the quality and type of dental services offered by the applicant, as well as the possibility of being offered to a larger circle of the local population and in a more easily accessible environment.
Additionally, the candidate will have the opportunity to reveal 10 jobs, including a dentist and dentist.

Изграждане и оборудване на Амбулатория за индивидуална практика за специализирана медицинска помощ - дентална със самостоятелна медико - техническа лаборатория в УПИ X-1809, кв.13 по плана на гр. Якоруда, общ. Якоруда: Дейността включва строително - монтажни работи, свързани с изграждане на сградата на амбулаторията, вертикална планировка с площадкови мрежи, озеленяване и ажурна ограда, за които има изготвен технически проект, съгласно Закона за устройство на територията, който е приложен към настоящото проектно предложение. Техническият проект към момента на подаване на проектното предложение е входиран в община Якоруда за одобрение и издаване на разрешение за строеж.
Предвидена е и доставка и монтаж на котелна инсталация, асансьорна уредба и стоматологично оборудване съгласно техническия проект, както и предварителни разходи, свързани с изготвянето на инвестиционния проект и консултантски услуги.
