This project proposal provides for the construction of a home for the accommodation of elderly people and persons with physical disabilities in the country. No. 107, "Krushata" district, according to the plan of the town of Sarnitsa, Pazardzhik. The project proposal is dictated by the need for such a home, as there is no home for the elderly on the territory of the Municipality of Surnitsa. The main objective of the applicant is to provide accommodation and auxiliary premises related to the investment intention.

Build attic floor - 150. 00 m²;
Total built-up area - 999. 40 m²;
Cubature - 3400 m³.
The company "LES-TRANS-STROY" EOOD fully complies with the eligibility requirements for the candidates under the sub-measure 6.4. The company is registered in a rural area and is a micro enterprise. The planned investment is aimed at creating 10 new jobs.
