Programme: Local Development, Poverty Reduction and Enhanced Inclusion of Vulnerable Groups

The project proposal includes renovation of a square space south of a street with ot.23,24 in quarter 16 and part of LPR VI designated for community center, council, post office, public organization and garden according to the plan of the village of Maritsa, Samokov municipality. The renovation and improvement of the terrain and the construction of a playground in it will enrich its content and will improve the living and recreation conditions of the residents and guests of the settlement. The terrain subject of this project is public municipal property. It is provided with transport and pedestrian access and parking spaces. It is available for use by disadvantaged people. The activities under the project proposal are directly related to the small-scale infrastructure of the region, and to the development and promotion of the identity on the territory of FLAG Samokov. The implementation of the project proposal will contribute to increasing the attractiveness of the fishing area.
In particular, the project provides for:
-Rehabilitation and renovation of part of the square space;
-Replacement of pavements and existing pavements, paving of curbs;
-Installation of garden and park elements - benches, bins for household waste, signs, etc.
- Rehabilitation and renovation of the fountain;
-Rehabilitation and renovation of a fountain.
