The project for financing under the Rural Development Program for the period 2014-2020 is under Procedure № BG06RDNP001-19.146 - MIG Troyan, Apriltsi, Ugarchin_66_M 6.4.1. Investments in support of non - agricultural activities.
The purpose of the investment project is to build a pool that will serve both the local population and visitors from other settlements in the country. In addition, a fast-food facility will be set up to serve traditional local food.
The swimming pool is built in an innovative way - with the complete absence of concrete or other ground layer structures with chemically stable waterproofing, allowing the system to create a fully natural pool whose components are completely destroyable as waste. The pool has improved security thanks to the safe periphery and sloping walls. Fully integrated into the environment, in cold weather the pool built on this technology takes on the characteristics of a natural lake; to make it use environmentally friendly materials. There is no similar site within the area.
Its maintenance uses specific methods of filtration and sterilization that do not pollute the environment, while ensuring a healthy and transparent water.
The cost of the investment costs is BGN 157,716.14 excluding VAT.
The project helps to achieve the following objectives of the procedure:
1. Supporting investments in non-agricultural activities is for the development of competitiveness on the territory of the MIG;
2. Encourage investment activities to create employment and diversify non-agricultural activities;
3. The financial support will help to absorb the potential for development of tourism, combining natural and cultural values.

Развитие на туризъм (развитие на туристически услуги): Дейността е насочена към създаване на нова услуга (атракция) - изграждане на басейн, който ще обслужва както местното население, така и посетители от други населени места на страната. В допълнение ще се организира обект тип „бърза закуска”, който ще предлага традиционни храни от местни производители.
С изпълнението на дейността ще бъдат изпълнени и целите на проекта, а именно:
- Развитието на конкурентоспособността на територията на МИГ-а;
- Усвояването на потенциала за развитие на туризъм;
- Създаване на заетост и диверсификацията на неземеделските дейности.
- Запазване на съществуващите работни места и създаване на нови;
- Въвеждане на нови услуги;
- Опазване на околната среда и насърчаване на ресурсната ефективност;
- Фокусиране върху иновациите чрез насърчаване на въвеждането им в практиката;
- Създаване на устойчив бизнес;
Изпълнението на дейността се налага, поради ограниченията, пред които е изправена компанията. От изключително значение е възможността за предлагането на новата атракция - иновативен басейн и обект тип "бърза закуска". По този начин ще се преодолеят пречките за развитието на фирмата и конкурентноспособността й на пазара. Не на последно място, басейна ще осигури добри условия на работа и ще даде възможност да се натрупа опит в работата с нови технологии.
Стъпки за реализация на дейността:
1. Сформиране на екип по проекта (извършено е към момента);
2. Визуализация (1ви месец);
4. Подготовка на тръжна документация и провеждане на тръжна процедура за избор на изпълнител (2ри - 4ти месец);
3. Изграждане на басейна и въвеждането му в експлоатация ( 5ти-18ти месец);
