The purpose of the project is to promote the investment activity of the SOFSTROY PROJECT EOOD enterprise, which will help to increase its competitiveness, to create employment in the construction sector and to develop the potential for sustainable development outside the agricultural sector in the Chirpan region.
The main activity is related to the purchase of an excavator with a front loader - 1 pc. for the development of construction activities by the company, after conducting an open tender procedure with a public invitation according to the order of Law on the management of funds from the European Structural and Investment Funds and Resolution of the Council of Ministers 160.
The activity will be carried out on the territory of the Chirpan MIG, within 24 months.
The grant is 75%, and the remaining 25% is the applicant's own contribution.
The value of the project is BGN 199,200 excluding VAT
As a result of the implementation of the project and the investments made, one new job for an excavator will be created, the competitiveness of the company will increase through the development of construction activities in the Chirpan region.
As an additional effect, investing in a modern machine will contribute to the protection of the environment, through more economical fuel consumption and reduction of harmful gases in the atmospheric air.
The implementation of the project will contribute to the achievement of the goals set in the Strategy for community-led local development of the LIG Chirpan Association to promote investment activity, creating employment and prerequisites for sustainable development in the non-agricultural sectors in the Chirpan region, and this will contributed to the fulfillment of the objectives for the development of the competitiveness of rural areas and to the acceleration of the diversification of non-agricultural activities set out in the Program for the Development of Rural Areas 2014-2020.

Закупуване на багер с товарач: Софстрой проект ЕООД е наследник на създадената през 2013 година фирма ИС Финанс Консулт ООД, развиваща счетоводна дейност. През 2020 г. фирмата сменя както своето име – на Софстрой проект ЕООД, така и предмета си на дейност – строителство. През м.май 2022 г., подтикната от нарастващата конкуренция в региона, фирмата променя своето седалище – от Пловдив в с.Рупките, а през м.октомври 2022 г. фирмата се поема от новият собственик - Веселина Танева.
Поради зародилата се пандемия от Корона вирус и впоследствие започналата война в Украйна, затруднените доставки на материали и непрекъснато повишаващите им се цени, през 2021 г. фирмата не е развивала дейност и все още няма назначен персонал, но бурното развитие на строителството през последните години поражда желанието на новия собственик да развие едно успешно строително предприятие в Чирпански регион, като за начало ще се включва като подизпълнител към по-големи строителни фирми.
Поради тази причина е необходимо закупуването на багер с товарач - 1 бр., със следните минимални технически и функционални характеристики: Двигател – до 100 к.с., Товарачна кофа – обем до 1,1 м3, Багерна кофа – 600 мм, Багерна кофа – 350 мм, Шкарпираща кофа, Хидравличен чук.
Закупуването на багера ще позволи с него да се извършват два вида услуги: 1) Товаро-разтоварни работи и 2) Изкопни работи, с които да стартира строителната дейност на фирмата. Тя разполага с наета складова база в с.Рупките с площ от 1997 м2, където ще се съхранява строителната техника и материали.
Тъй като стойността на актива надхвърля прага от 30000 лв. без ДДС, съгласно ЗУСЕСИФ, е необходимо да се проведе открита тръжна процедура с публична покана, съгласно ПМС 160, след стартирането на проекта. Към проекта са приложени запитвания за оферти и оферти, на база на които управителят е определил цената, за която се кандидатства. За обслужването на багера ще бъде назначен един квалифициран багерист.
