The main activity of the applicant - "Eco Pharm 2005" Ltd. is in the field of agriculture, livestock sector, and currently the company's activities are mainly related to the rearing of laying hens for the production of eggs for consumption. The annual production of eggs amounts to 86.001 million pieces for the previous year. The number of eggs produced is expected to increase for the forecast period, as another livestock farm for production of commercial eggs has been put into operation since July this year.
The intention of the contracting authority is to invest in the construction of a silo-storage farm for storage of raw materials to an existing poultry farm. The new silo bunkers have a total volume of 11,706 cubic meters. and will be made using the latest and most modern technologies. Ventilation duct systems and automatic temperature control systems are provided, which ensure the preservation of suitable internal storage conditions such as constant temperature and humidity.
The availability of storage areas will allow the supply of feed grain to be carried out at the most favorable price levels and will ensure independence from external suppliers in terms of the most important raw material for production.
The investment is directed exclusively for the needs of the farm of Eco Pharm 2005 EOOD. 2006 for the veterinary medical requirements to the livestock farms (promulgated SG No. 41 of 19.05.2006). In order to ensure a high level of biosecurity, it is necessary to provide the necessary quantities of balanced feed mixtures for laying hens, stored without risks of spreading pathogens and access of pests and vectors of infectious diseases.

РАЗХОДИ ЗА СМР - Изграждане на силозно стопанство от 2 броя силози с общ капацитет 11 706 куб.м. към птицеферма в имот с кад. номер 55333.20.17, местност „Султанка“, землище на с. Панаретовци, общ. Сливен: Основната дейност на кандидата - „Еко Фарм 2005” ЕООД е в областта на селското стопанство, сектор животновъдство, като към момента дейността на дружеството е свързана основно с отглеждането на кокошки носачки за производството на яйца за консумация. Годишното производство на яйца възлиза на 86,001 млн. броя за предходната година. Очакванията са за прогнозния период броя на произведените яйца да нарастне, тъй като от юли месец на настоящата година е въведен в експлоатация още един животновъден обект за производство на стокови яйца.
Намерението на възложителя е да инвестира в изграждане на силозно-складово стопанство за съхранение на суровина към действаща птицеферма. Новите силозни бункери са с общ обем от 11 706 куб.м. и ще бъдат изработени по най-нови и модерни технологии. Предвидени са системи от вентилационни канали и автоматични системи за температурен контрол, чрез които се осигуряват запазване на подходящи вътрешни условия за съхранение като постоянни температура и влажност.
Наличието на складови площи ще позволи доставката на фуражно зърно да се осъществява при най-изгодни ценови нива и ще осигури независимост от външни доставчици по отношение на най-важната суровина за производството.
Инвестицията е насочена изключително за нуждите на стопанството на „Еко Фарм 2005“ ЕООД.
