In recent years, against the background of the global health and economic crisis, the important role of agriculture for the normal functioning of the food supply chain and ensuring food security has been clearly highlighted.
In addition to providing quality and safe food, agriculture is also given commitments to make a significant contribution to the goals of the green and digital transition.
Agriculture has the potential to produce affordable, safe and high-quality products, as well as to contribute to environmental protection, climate change prevention and biodiversity. However, this implies the creation of favorable conditions for its accelerated technical renewal and widespread entry into the practice of digital innovations, allowing sustainability of the results achieved with fewer resources and in harmony with the environment and nature.
With this proposal for the implementation of the investment under procedure No. BG-RRP-6.004, the applicant plans to purchase agricultural machinery: tractors - 2 units with a nominal power of 120 hp, equipped with an interface with a touch display compatible and with the possibility of traceability and control of operations and data exchange with inventory, as well as ensuring precise management of all activities and operations on the farm, with the aim of greening, sustainability and efficiency.
The current investment is entirely for the activities of the applicant's three animal breeding sites, reflected in Appendix 2-Basic information, table. 4, which are located in the municipality of Belene. It aims to achieve and fulfill the goals of the NPVU, expressed in technological and ecological modernization, which are also the goals of a modern livestock farm with thought and activity towards environmental protection, including the reduction of harmful emissions and waste, green and digital transition and sustainability.

„Инвестиции в технологична и екологична модернизация“ : Настоящото ПИИ ще бъде изпълнено при спазване на Условията за кандидатстване и Условията за изпълнение по Процедура № BG-RRP-6.004 „Инвестиции в технологична и екологична модернизация" от НПВУ и всички съпътстващи документи по процедурата.
Изборът на доставчици на инвестициите по дейност 1 ще се извърши след датата на подаване на ПИИ и/или след сключване на договора за финансиране, съгласно изискванията на т. 10.3.2 от Приложение 2-общи условия към договор.
Бюджетният ред е обвързан с Дейност 1.
Крайният получател трябва ще изпълни проекта (инвестицията по ПВУ) с грижата на добър стопанин, при спазване на принципите за добро финансово управление (икономичност, ефикасност, ефективност и избягване на двойно финансиране), свободна конкуренция, равно третиране, публичност и недопускане на дискриминация, съобразно най-добрите практики в съответната област и в съответствие с настоящия договор. За тази цел крайният получател ще осигури всички финансови, човешки и материални ресурси, необходими за пълното и точно изпълнение на одобрената инвестиция по ПВУ.
