1. The investments in this project proposal are as follows: Purchase of tractor 55 k.s. and attachment to it - milling machine with a working width of 70 cm. The total value of the investment is BGN 39 800.00 excluding VAT and BGN 47 760.00 respectively. vat. Since the applicant is not registered under the VAT Act, the amount of the investment applied for is the price with VAT or BGN 47 760.00. The expected financial assistance amounts to 70% of the value of the investment /BGN 33432.00/ as the applicant's farm is located entirely in a mountainous land.
2. The equipment and inventory covered by the planned investment shall take into account the activity of the holding. With the realization of the project, the applicant is expected to:
- equips itself with the physical capital required for its holding, since the fixed assets available are insufficient;
- lower the cost of external services – external mechanized services are currently used on the farm, which leads to high costs and often problems arise with the untimely implementation of the necessary agrotechnical events;
- improve working conditions – by purchasing the tractor and the toy inventory will reduce manual labor, as much of the perennial cultivation operations will be mechanized;
- increase the efficiency of the holding – the use of the tractor and its toy inventory will reduce the time required to carry out the necessary agrotechnical cultivation events for perennials, limit losses from plant protection products and increase production yields.

С трактора, който е подходящ за площи под 100 дка, ще се извършват всички мероприятия в стопанството – почистване на междуредията, растително-защитни пръскания, торене, поливане на дръвчетата, превоз на торове, продукти за растителна защита, извозване на растителните остатъци и превоз на реколтата.

Закупуване на Отклоняваща лозаро-овощарска фреза със странично отклоняване и работна ширина около 700 мм. : Тракторът с откланящата фреза, която е с работна ширина 70 см. ще се използва за фрезоване на трайните насаждения от 3 до 5 пъти през годината. Фрезоването задължително се провежда в редовата ивица, т.е. под короните на дърветата. Фермерът се е спрял на откланяща фреза, с която ще порвежда борбата с плевелите в редовите ивици в овощните градини. Предимството на този вид фреза е, че почвообработка се извършва с висока точност и прецизност, без да се нараняват дръвчетата и спестява средства и време.
